Happy Monday dolls! I hope everyone had a stellar weekend. The weather was unbelievable! It felt just like spring. Oklahoma City is getting a cold front this weekend and I’m not particularly excited. I have never been a cold weather person unless it actually snows!
Snow = work from home day
Well anyways–this winter I told myself I will actually have a go to work outfit when I’m in a bind! I know it’s hard waking up in the morning and getting ready for work. I deal with the struggle every single day! I do know how much easier it is when I already have an outfit in mind. I would never steer you wrong so believe me when I say this…turtlenecks, wide leg trousers, and sock booties are SO CHIC. I received many direct messages on this outfit when I posted it on my stories last week! It’s so easy to recreate this look without blowing your dollah, dollah bills y’all!
I think I have mentioned it before but I hardly buy any article of clothing full price–I mean unless it’s from Forever21 or Target. In this outfit below, I purchased my pants from Ann Taylor during the 50% off Black Friday sale and I purchased my turtleneck on Poshmark for $30 back in March! The funny thing is–my mom bought the black one from BCBGMaxazria in Tulsa full price at a whopping $198. No thanks mom! She was slightly upset I found this one at such a great deal LOL.
If you ever need help putting an outfit together for anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I would L O V E to help you. This is my first work-wear post so let me know if you want to see more!
What are some of your go-to work outfits? Do I need to add any to my list? Comment below!
